When to clean the source list
A source cleanup page is useful before payment, not after a parcel problem appears. Keep the row only when the live page still opens, the product image matches the saved item, the selected color or size is visible and the seller page has enough detail to compare later.
Remove weak rows
Delete rows that only contain a screenshot, a copied product name, a dead URL or a seller album with no exact option. A short list of clear links is stronger than a large spreadsheet where every item needs guessing.
Buyer check before moving on
Open the link, confirm the current price, compare the saved image with the live product, then add one short note: keep, compare, request proof or remove. This makes the next CSSBuy step faster because the buyer already knows why the row is still there.
