Ask for the angle that changes the decision
For shoes, ask for size label, outsole, side profile and box label. For clothing, ask for neck tag, wash tag, measurements and print placement. For bags, ask for strap connection, zipper, hardware and inside label. For electronics, ask for model number, plug type, accessories and packaging condition. One useful angle is better than five random photos.
Approve, exchange or return
Approve only when the QC photos match the saved source and the visible defect risk is acceptable. Request one targeted angle if the missing proof is small. Treat the row as exchange or return when the warehouse evidence conflicts with the order note.
QC mistake to avoid
Do not approve just because the item arrived quickly. A fast warehouse photo can still miss the real risk: wrong size, different print, missing accessory, damaged package or a batch that does not match the source. The buyer should approve only when the photo answers the original reason for ordering that item.
