Write the selected size, color, expected fit, print location and seller tag evidence before ordering. QC should confirm measurements, neck tag, wash tag, fabric texture and print placement. If the buyer cares about oversized fit, the measurement photo is more useful than another folded front image.
When to compare another source
Compare another listing when the seller uses the same stock photo for every option, hides tag details or cannot show the print clearly. A better source with clearer proof can save a return later.
Fit decision before shipping
After QC, compare the measurement photo with the buyer's expected fit. If the hoodie is meant to be oversized, a small measurement mismatch may be acceptable. If the buyer needs a specific length or chest width, hold the row until the measurement is clear.
