CSSBuy order note guide for fewer wrong variants

Use this page before payment so the product row gives the buyer and warehouse a clear instruction.

What the order note should contain

A useful note records the selected size, color, model, quantity and the one QC angle that matters most. For shoes, mention size label and box label. For clothing, mention tag and measurement. For bags, mention hardware and strap detail. For electronics, mention exact model and plug type. Avoid vague instructions such as "same as photo" when the product has several options.

When the note should stop the order

If the buyer cannot name the option or the seller page does not show the detail that must be checked later, the note is not ready. The safer action is to hold the row, compare another seller or request proof before payment.

Example of a clear note

For a sneaker row: selected size EU 42, black colorway, keep box if label matches, QC request for size label and outsole. For a hoodie row: selected size L, grey color, QC request for tag and chest measurement. The note should be short enough to follow and specific enough to prevent the wrong variant.
