CSSBuy supply spreadsheet guide for product proof, QC and shipping value Updated 2026

CSSBuy supply guide for cleaner buying decisions

Use this page when a product row looks interesting but the next step is unclear. A strong row should explain source, option, proof gap and shipping risk without forcing the buyer to guess.

Keep, hold or remove

A supply row should earn its place. Keep it when the live source page is still reachable, the selected option is clear and the product has a realistic path to QC approval. Hold it when one useful detail is missing, such as a shoe size label, a hoodie wash tag, a bag hardware close-up or an electronics model number. Remove it when the row only looks attractive because of a low price but cannot explain what the buyer would actually receive.

This guide is designed for buyers who already have a product idea and need a calmer way to decide what happens next. The safest workflow is not to add more listings. It is to make the current row understandable enough for payment, QC, return or shipping.

Buyer decision standard

Before opening a product path, write the source URL, option name, expected size or model, seller proof note and the reason the item might still be worth ordering. If any one of those fields is empty, the row is not ready. A clear row should tell a buyer whether to buy, compare, request one proof photo, wait for warehouse evidence or remove the item from the shortlist.
